Guests in House By Room Number (gibyroom with INH1.FMX)
The Guests in House By Room Number Report will display various reservations information for all guests in house.
Room Class. Multi Select LOV for filtering on specific Room Classes. The Room Class filter is only displayed when the General>Room Class application function is set to Y.
Room Type. Multi Select LOV for filtering on specific Room Types. Only include those reservations that have the selected Room Type(s) attached to the Reservation.
Payment Method. Multi Select LOV for filtering on specific Payment Methods. Only include those reservations that have the selected Payment Method(s) attached to the Reservation.
No Post Flag. This is a single select LOV, which gives the user the ability to generate the report for All guests (does not take into account the No Post flag), only those guest’s that have the No Post flag checked, or only those guest’s which do not have the No Post field checked.
Membership Type. Multi Select LOV for filtering on Reservations with a specific Membership attached to the Reservation. This filter does not look at the Memberships attached to the Profile. Only include those reservations that have the selected Membership Type(s) attached to the Reservation.
VIP Only. Only include those Reservations that have a VIP Code attached to the Primary Profile. When checked, a multi select LOV is displayed to allow for filtering on specific VIP codes. Available when the Profiles>VIP application function is set to Y.
Pseudo Rooms. Include Reservations made for a room type configured as a Pseudo Room.
Individual. Select to include only individual in house reservations.
Block Code. Select to include only Block in house reservations. When selected, a multi select LOV is displayed with all Blocks with a Begin and End Date Range that includes the current business date.
Preferences. Select to display preferences for the guest on the report.
Revenue. When checked, the report will include the Currency Code, Rate Amount, Guest Balance and Authorization Amount for each In House Reservation.
Notes. When checked, all notes attached to the Reservation and Primary Profile will be displayed on the report. The user can select from a Multi Select LOV, specific Note or Comment types they would like included on the report.
Include Internal Notes. When the Notes checkbox is selected, an additional check box is also displayed that allows the option of including those Notes that have marked as “internal”. If this checkbox is NOT selected, the Filter information on the report output does not display that “internal” notes are not included.
Share Names. Displays the names of the guests sharing the reservation on the report when selected. Available when the Reservations>Shares application function is set to Y.
Accompanying Names. When selected, the report displays the name of the accompanying guest, or guest staying in the same room as the guest attached to the reservation. Available when the Reservations>Accompanying Names application function is set to Y.
Alternate Name. When selected, the report displays the alternate, or native, name of the guest attached to the reservation. Available when the General>Alternate Name application function is set to Y.
Sort Order. Alphabetical, Room No., VIP Code, Departure Time
Note: The Source column will only be displayed on this report when the Profiles>Source application function is set to Y.
