Italian Statistics (istat with STA6.FMX)

The Italian Country Statistics Report generates statistics that adhere to the legal reporting requirements for properties located in Italy. The contents and the display are dictated by the government. The Countries parameter must be set to Italy for the report to populate correctly. The report provides a statistical breakdown of reservations by either month or day. The breakdown is either by region for Italian guests, along with State and Country for all other guests. The monthly output displays the reservation statistics for those guests from Italy, and the daily output provides a statistical breakdown of all Italian reservations and of any foreign guest reservations. This report must be manually added to the Reports menu.

Upon selecting the OK button from the report selection grid, the Country Check screen is displayed to dignify the guests that do not have a State associated to their profile. Either a State can be associated or you can select the Close button to continue on the Report Filter display.

Selection Criteria

Report Type

Daily Statistics. Select to view daily statistics.

Monthly Statistics. Select to view monthly statistics.

Daily Statistics (Active when the Daily Statistics radio button is selected)

For Date. Enter, or select the Calendar button to choose, the date to display the result on the report for.

Starting Page Number. Enter the starting page number for the report.

Monthly Statistics (Active when the Monthly Statistics radio button is selected)

From Date. Type or select the Calendar button for the beginning date for the report results.

To Date. Type or select the Calendar button for the ending date for the report results.

By State. Select to list the results of the report based on the state configured for the guest in their profile.

By Fiscal Region. Select to display the results of the report by fiscal region.
