Defining Status Codes
You must define the status codes that are supported by the external system(s). The status codes sent by the vendor will be translated by OXI and sent to Opera based on the defined codes. To define the status codes, select Setup>Configuration>Reservations>Scheduled Activities>Status Codes. The Status Codes screen appears.
Enter one or more the following search parameters and select the Search button to view status codes that are already defined in the system.
Application. Select the application.
Status Code. Select the status code.
Resort. Select the resort.
Select the New button to define new status codes or the Edit button to edit existing status codes. The Status Code screen appears.
Complete the following fields and select the OK button to save the information.
Resort. Select the property.
Status Code. Enter the status code.
Description. Enter a description of the status code.
Language Code. Select the language code.
Priority. Select the priority of the status code.
Used in Application. This is hard-coded to EAS.
