Profiles Report Group - ORS/OCIS

Automerge Report - This report is available for clients who want to see the number of profiles that will be merged and the merge rule applied prior to the Background Processor Profile Automerge process (which merges profiles to minimize duplicate profiles in the Central database).

Multiple Subscription - The Multiple Subscription report identifies the profiles which have multiple subscriptions, such as one ACTIVE and one INACTIVE for the same property.

OIS Duplicate Profiles - The Duplicate Profile Report displays profile address, membership and passport information to assist in determining if a duplicate profile exists in the OIS system. You may choose to match on Name  and Address information, or Membership Number, Passport Number with other match criteria. Print this report to track all duplicate profiles so you can either merge them, or purge them from the system.

Profile Action - This report identifies the Profile Note Action Items per date range, based on an action item's due date.

Profile Merge - This report identifies, per resort, profiles having subscriptions to the same resort that were merged in ORS.

Profile Statistics - This report displays by profile with Room Nights, Avg. Rate, LOS (Length of Stay) and by number of People.

Profiles with Outdated PCC - This report displays the company or travel agent profile name and its channels and properties. Each channel and property having rate codes, access codes, and pseudo city codes (PCC) appear. The channel and property displays with its rate code, associated access code, submission date for the pseudo city code, and the pseudo city code.
