Potential vs. Actual Comparison - This report will compare Potential room nights, average rate and revenues to actual per company or per destination. It will only work in conjunction with the usage of the application function POTENTIALS. Please note that entries into the Stats & Info Tab , fields Potential Room Nights and Potential Revenue, at the account level are not related to this report or its functionality.
Potential vs. Actual Summary - This report summarizes actual vs potential room nights, rooms revenue and total revenues showing not only the variance between the two sets of figures, but also the variance percentage.
