Using Reports

The Reports feature allows you to print contracts, offers, or reports from various screens using the Print button, or by selecting Miscellaneous>Reports from the main menu. You may send the report as a  fax or email message, output the report as hardcopy from a printer, or you may save the report as a file in any of several popular file types.

Managing Reports

Important: If you are working with country specific address formats,  the report will look for the Account's country and will then try to find a country specific address format for this country. If no specific address format is found for the country, the report will use the default address format.
