Guarantee Type Tab for Versions 5.0+
Select this tab to configure the guarantee types associated with the channels and properties.
Changes. Select to open the User Activity Log and view changes channel users have made to the channel guarantee type.
New. Select to configure a new guarantee type for the channel.
Edit. Select to change an existing guarantee type configuration.
Delete. Select to delete an existing guarantee type configuration.
Inactive. Select to inactivate a guarantee type.
The Guarantee Type tab's display grid features the following columns.
Channel. The channel in which the guarantee type will be distributed.
Property. The property associated with the guarantee type.
Guarantee Type. The code for the property guarantee type. This is the Opera guarantee type that is mapped to the channel guarantee type.
Channel Guarantee Type. The guarantee type configured for the channel.
Payment Type. The payment type configured for the guarantee type.
Inactive Date. The date on which the guarantee type will become inactive.
Select the New button to configure a new guarantee type for the channel or select the Edit button to change an existing one. The Guarantee Type - New or Edit screen will open.
Note: For OCM users, the Guarantee Type - New or Edit screen will be accessed from the Channels screen by selecting the New or Edit button from the Guarantee Type tab.
Channel. (Read only on Edit screen) Select the channel from the list of values. This is the channel in which the guarantee type will be distributed.
Property. (Read only on Edit screen) Select the property from the list of values. This is the property associated with the guarantee type.
Guarantee Type. (Read only on Edit screen) Select a guarantee type from the list of values. This is the Opera guarantee type that will be mapped to the channel guarantee type.
Channel Guarantee Type. Select the channel guarantee type from the list of values. This is the guarantee type configured for the channel.
Payment Type. Select the payment type from the list of values.
Inactive Date. Select the calendar button and choose an inactive date for the guarantee type.
Changes. Select to open the User Activity Log and view changes channel users have made to the channel guarantee type.
OK. Select to save a new Guarantee Type configuration for the channel or save changes to an existing one.
