Event Change Log (REP_EVENT_CHANGE_LOG.REP with REP_EVENT_CHANGE_LOG.FMX)

This report will display revenue and status changes that apply to events in the selected date range. These changes are recorded on a per change-day basis and split into catering revenue types.

The report can function as an overview of the movements that have happened to a specific event or the events of a specific booking or in a certain date range. It can also act as an audit report for the event change logs for investigation which details make up the catering production reports like, for example, the Catering Pace report.

The information that is listed on this report can also be seen online from the Production Changes button on the event options area.

Note: This report requires that the user be granted the EVENT PRINT permission in the selected property to run the report. Also, the Property LOV in this report is further limited by the properties to which the user has the appropriate access granted.

Report Data

The report is sorted in business block order and within the business block by event. The changes for each event are then recorded in change date order.

On the booking level, the information that prints includes the business block name, id, account name, arrival and departure dates, rooms manager, catering manager and the total catering revenue at the time of printing the report and number of attendees (as entered on the business block level).

Per event, the report will print the business block name as the event name, the event date, event ID, the event revenue as at time of printing the report and event attendees.

For each event the changes section includes the following columns: Revenue Type Indication – if status was changed this column will show ‘Status Change’ instead of a revenue type – the date the change was made, the amount of revenue that was added or deducted, the event status, the prior status of the event and the event type.

A summary section after each event shows the total revenue changes per revenue type within the change date range.
