Reservations with Threshold Report (resv_thresholds with GENREPPAR.FMX)

The Reservations with Threshold report displays a list of in-house reservations that have Threshold rules attached.

Requirements

CASHIERING > Functions > TRANSACTION DIVERSIONS must be set to Y.

CASHIERING > Parameters > TRANSACTION THRESHOLD must be set to Y.

Select Miscellaneous > Reports > Reservations with Threshold to display the Reservations with Threshold parameters screen. From this screen, you can choose to preview the report, print the report or save the report as a PDF file.

Report Data

This report will be grouped by reservation/room number and all the associated threshold rules will be listed for each reservation/room number. All the Per Stay rules for each reservation are displayed followed by all the Per Day rules.

For Per Day rules, one parent record is displayed. The parent record displays the complete date range, the attributes and the Required and Allowed values. The Posted and Diverted values are not displayed. The parent record is followed by a child record for each date within the date range. Each child record will display the date range of one day and the Posted and Diverted values for that date.

Note: The Reservations with Threshold report will not include Pseudo Room reservations as Pesudo room reservations cannot have a Threshold rule associated with it.
