Rev. Values Calculation Examples

The following are examples for the Rev. Values options in the report parameters for "Contract Merge based on REP_CONT_MERGE.DOC with REP_CONT_MERGE.FMX; BI Publisher Contract Merge based on SAMPLE_CONT_MERGE.RTF with REP_CONT_MERGE.FMX."

In the example, the Rate Code attached to the business block has the following configuration:

- Rate Amount in Rate Details = 50.00 (trx code 1000)

- Package Element BFST is 12.00 INCLUDED in the rate (trx code 2200)

- Package Element GOLF is 75.00 EXCLUDED in the rate (trx code 5000)

- Room has an EXCLUDED 10% generate (trx code 8310)

- Breakfast Package has an INCLUDED 10% generate (trx code 8000)

- Golf Package has an INCLUDED 20% generate (trx code 8200)

The following tables show how this configuration example would be calculated for each type of revenue value selected. The color codes indicate Net and Gross calculations and which Transaction Code configuration affects the Net and Gross Rate. Net = Orange and Gross = Green.
