Description. Auto upgrade prompt to appear regardless of arrival date.

Internal Name. AUTO_UPGRADE_PROMPT_ALL_DATES

Property Determination. When set to Y, PMS users will see an auto upgrade prompt from Reservation screen (Front Desk> Arrivals>Search>Edit) when a reservation qualified for an upgrade is accessed. The auto upgrade prompt will display regardless of the guest's arrival date. If set to N, the auto upgrade prompt will only display for qualified reservations arriving on the current date and will not display for ones arriving on future dates.

Activation / Inactivation Rules.

Membership>Functions>AWARD REDEMPTION and Membership>Parameters>MEMBER FREE AUTO UPGRADE application settings must be set to Y.
