Business Block Production Changes
Select Reservations>Blocks>Business Block>Options>Prod. Changes to display a view only Search screen that will take you to the revenue and status changes screens. This option is available only if the Sales & Catering (OPS<version> number>) license is active.
Display. Select Status Changes or Revenue Changes, depending on which log you want to view.
Change Date. If looking for changes that have been made from one specific date onwards, type this date here, or click on the calendar button to select the date from the calendar.
Bus-Block ID. Type the required business block ID for which to view event changes. The highlighted business block ID will already populate for you.
Name. Type the required event name for which to view changes.
BB ID. The business block ID for which the record is displaying.
Change Date. Date the change took place.
Stay Date. The stay date for the booking. The Stay Date is any date between the Arrival and Departure Date of the Business Block.
Room Nights. The number room nights, added or removed, for the business block stay date.
Room Rev. The revenue type that was affected by the change and the amount the revenue for the specified type was changed by. This can be either positive or negative amounts.
Status. Displays the status of the business event (Inquiry, Definite, Tentative, Cancelled).
Owner. The login ID that was used to create the Business Block.
Rms. The login ID that was used to create the booking.
Cat. Catering primary sales manager.
BB ID. The business header ID this change is linked to.
Change Date. Date the change took place.
Prior Status. Status of the event before the change.
Current Status. Status of the event after the change.
Rooms. Number of rooms blocked at time of status change.
Avg. Rate. The average room rate for blocked and picked-up room nights.
Room Revenue. The net Rooms revenue calculated at the moment of status change.
FB Revenue. The net F&B revenue calculated at the moment of status change.
Other Revenue. The net Other revenue calculated at the moment of status change.
Non-Revenue. Non-revenue generating figures calculated at the moment of status change.
Search. Enter your search criteria and select the Search button to display results.
Close. Select this button to close the current screen.
Edit Date. (Available in the Production Changes - Status Changes screen only when the highlighted block has the current status of ACTUAL.) Select this button to modify the existing Change Date of the ACT status to another date between the business block arrival date and the current system date.
OK. Enter the desired date in the New Date field and select the OK button. The new date appears in the Status Changes grid|Change Date column.
Close. Close the Select new change date screen without saving changes.
