Description. Enables the system to validate, if the guest departs earlier or later than the original duration of the stay upon Check In, whether the rate code and rate for the guests stay is still valid for the days the guest stayed. A shorter stay could result in an change in rate code.

Property Determination. When this parameter is Y, Opera will validate any length of stay restrictions at check out. For example, if a guest books a rate that has a 3 day minimum length of stay, but chooses to check out a day early, the system will deliver a message that the length of stay restrictions have not been met. This would allow the user to enter any fees associated with an early checkout on that rate.
