Closing Script Maintenance

Use the Closing Script Editor to create unique closing scripts that are used to confirm guest property-booking details for a property. The reservation closing script displays on the Sales screen for the reservation agent to read to the guest once an individual reservation has been confirmed. Agents can use the default closing script, or tailor additional scripts for each chain, or property.
