Departure Individual and Group (depindgrp with GEN1.FMX)
Note: When printing this Report help topic, we recommend printing with Portrait page orientation.
The Departures, Individual, and Groups Report displays all departures of individual guests and groups sorted by room number for a given date. Individual departures also list the number of adults and children associated with reservations having a departure date of this day. The Group departures section lists reservations by Group name, rather than the primary guest name on the reservation. Print this report to analyzed departure activity for your hotel on a specified day.
Date. Select a departure date to display the results of the report for.
Alternate Name. When the General>Alternate Name application function is active, select the check box to display the alternate of the guest attached to the departure.
