Detailed Room Information

The Rooms screen contains detailed information about the function space you chose to view from the Function Diary. It is displayed in view-only mode.

Search Criteria

Property. If the multi-property version is installed, the property where this function space is located. Displays the property selected in the Function Diary.

Room. Select the function space to view. Default is the room you selected in the Function Diary.

Tabs

Function Space. General information including Space Name, Description, Combination rooms (if applicable), Set Up Styles, and Rates.

Space Detail. Area measurements, dimensions, weight- limits.

Buttons

Search. If you select a new room, click to search the database.

Repeat. Not available.

New. Not available.

Save. Not available.

Delete. Not available.

Close. Close this screen.
