Select Reservations>Blocks>Business Block>Events from the Reservation List screen to navigate to the Event Search screen with the Business Block Name and Block ID number for the record that you have highlighted in the search grid passed through to the Event search criteria. If there are Events attached to the Business Block then they will appear. Any Events that may be occurring before the current system date will not appear — only present and future events. If no Events have yet been configured for the block, the user is taken directly into the New Events screen for completion.
To add Events to an existing Business Block, the Catering Status on the Business Block must be defined prior to the selection of the Events button. For master and sub bookings, the catering status is to be defined on the master booking.
