Guests in House Future Date (gifuturebyname with GENREPPAR.FMX)

The Guests in House Future Date Report displays the anticipated Reservations that will be in house for a specific date. This report can assist users with pre-blocking guests.

 

For Date. Enter or select the calendar button to choose the exact date of the projected guests for the report.

Button Functions

Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.

Print. select to print the report.

File. Select to save the report as a file.

Close. Select to exit the specific report.

Note: The VIP column will only be displayed when the Profiles>VIP application function is set to Y.
