Block Lost Reasons
Use Block Lost Reasons (Configuration>Reservations>Business Blocks>Block Lost Reasons) to create codes that specify why a business block booking was lost. A business block lost reason is required when you change a business block's status to Lost.
To create a block lost reason code, select System Configuration>Reservations>Business Blocks>Block Lost Reasons. The Booking Lost Reasons screen appears.
The Booking Lost Reasons screen lists the business block lost reasons that have already been configured.
From the Booking Lost Reasons screen you may add new block lost reasons and edit existing reasons. To add a new block lost reason, select the New button. To edit an existing block lost reason, highlight your choice and select the Edit button. The Booking Lost Reasons - New or Booking Lost Reasons - Edit screen appears.
Provide the following information:
Code. Enter the code that will identify the reason for the lost business block. (When editing an existing block lost reason, you may not modify the code.)
Description. Enter a description for the code such as "Price Too High" or "Insufficient Numbers".
Display Seq. Enter a number that determines the position of the code in displays.
