Special Field Maintenance (LOV Query Maintenance)

Provide the following information and select the OK button. Select the New button to clear all fields and start over.

Field Name. Select the down arrow to choose the field name.

Description. Description of the field name.  You may edit this field.

Query Source. Select the down arrow to choose the data source for the field selected in Field Name.

Query Statement. Enter the SQL select statement which pulls data for the field. A sample is shown in the Usage area.
