Description.  Enable the system to set up for OCIS memberships.

Property Determination. When ORS is not installed in the same schema as the PMS, this parameter may be used to tell the PMS that there is a centralized membership application which is carrying most of the heavy duty work of a loyalty program, such as points calculation, tier management, etc. When set to Y, the parameter enables OCIS functionalities in the PMS such as membership number generation, award redemption, etc.
