Understanding the Room Information Area of the Rooms Screen
The Room Information area displays basic information about the room.
Description. The room type description.
Room Class. The room class.
Number of Rooms. The number of rooms.
Max Occupancy. The maximum occupancy.
Max Rollaways. The maximum number of rollaways allowed.
Delete. Delete the room type from the property.
Edit. Edit the room type information.
Copy. Copy information from this room type to another property. OCM prompts, "Copy room type xxx to other properties?" Select the Yes button to continue. The Properties screen appears.
Select the properties you want to copy this room type to and select the OK button. OCM prompts, "Copy channel room management to other properties?". Select the Yes button to continue. When the copy routine is complete, OCM prompts, "Successfully Copied".
