Understanding the Rooms Screen

The Rooms screen allows users to add, edit, or view room types and set availability restrictions. To access the Rooms screen, log into OCM and select the Rooms menu option.

The Rooms screen consists of seven main areas. To find out additional information about each area, select the appropriate link from the table below.

Area Name

Description

Search

Allows you to search by property and room type.

Room Types

Displays room types based on the selection criteria entered in the Search area.

Room Information

Displays room information for the property.

Detailed/Property Availability

Displays detailed availability for the property.

Availability

Allows users to view and update availability.

Channel Management

Displays room types added to applicable channels.

Calendar

Allows users to select a date.
