Police Report (police_report2 with POL1.FMX)
Note: When printing this Report help topic, we recommend printing with Landscape page orientation.
The Police Report was created to adhere to legal reporting requirements for those properties located in Portugal.
The properties are required to print a report for all arrivals and departures of the day with the a.m. information on a daily basis. Accompanying guests on a reservation will be included on the report output.
The report displays only those guests that are checked in, not due in or already departed.
The report output is grouped by Nationality, and will display the Room number, Last Name, First Name, Country, Birth Date, Place of birth, Passport, Date of Issue, City of Issue, and Departure Date or Arrival Date.
Note: When the Profiles>View Sensitive Information on Profile permission is not granted to the user, then the Passport/ID Number will be masked with X's except for the last two numbers.
The following fields will need to be screen painted to the Reservation screen in order for the report output to be populated for those values:
Arrival Report. Will print all scheduled Arrivals for the date selected.
Departure Report. Will print all schedule Departures for the date selected.
