Property Search - User Defined Information

The Property Search - UDF screen appears when you select the UDF tab on the Sales Screen's Properties display. The Property Search - User Defined Tab screen provides a list of the user-defined fields available at the highlighted property on the Properties screen (Sales Screen>New>Properties>UDF). These fields have been set up to provide more information for guests about the property, as defined by the user. The information on this screen is drawn from configuration made at the Property UDF Categories and Property UDF Types screens (Configuration>Property>Property UDF>UDF Categories and UDF Types).

The UDF tab and functionality is available in ORS (when the OPR<version number>ORS license code is active) and in PMS when the OPP_MHOT OPERA Property Management Multi-Property Base (Cross Profiles/Configuration) license code is active.

User Defined Tab

To navigate this tab:

Highlight the UDF Category to display the UDF Types associated with the category.
Highlight the UDF Type to display the UDF Value (descriptive text) associated with that type.
Double-click the UDF Value field to display the full text.

UDF Category. The category group in which the UDF types are listed.

UDF Type. The user defined field code for the type.

UDF Value. The relevant text associated with the UDF Type, describing the options or items. Double click to view the text.
