Forecast Future Occupancy (resfutureoccupancy with GEN1.FMX)

This report considers the projected arrivals and departures, numbers of guests, occupancy, and revenue for a specific date or date range. The report can cover any date(s) from the current business date to any date in the future. In addition to individual reservations (including day use reservations), the report calculations include business block reservations — both those which have been picked up and those which have not yet been picked up. The report is divided into three sections: Individual Reservations, Block Reservations, and both Individual and Block Reservations combined.
Date Range. Select a From Date and a To Date for filtering reservations to be displayed on the report. Dates in the past are not allowed.
Room Class. Multi-select LOV for filtering on specific Room Classes. The Room Class field will only be displayed when the General>Room Class application function is set to Y. Only include those reservations that are made for a Room Type that is in the selected Room Class.
Print on Report. Multi-select LOV to print Individual Reservations, Block Reservations, Block Rooms Not Picked Up, or All Reservations and Block Room Not Picked Up Combined on the report.
When the Block Rooms Not Picked Up option is selected, the Block Reservations section of the report will be broken down into 2 sections: Block Reservations and Block Rooms Not Picked Up.
Rate Buckets. Select the check box to print the rate buckets on the report. When the Rates>Rates by Defined Buckets application function is active, the report breaks down the rates into age buckets that have been defined in the Rates>Rate Bucket 1-5 application settings.
Date. Date to which the statistics apply.
Day. Day of the week.
Adults. Number of adults in house (individual reservation).
Children. Number of children in house (individual reservations).
Total Guests. Adults + children in house (individual reservations).
Arrival Rooms Deducted. Rooms with guests arriving this date associated with a reservation type that is flagged Deduct from inventory (individual reservations).
Departure Rooms Deducted. Rooms with guests departing this date associated with a reservation type that is not flagged Deduct from inventory (individual reservations).
Occupied Rooms Deducted. Occupied rooms associated with deduct reservations (individual reservations).
% Occupied Rooms Deducted. ((Individual + Group Rooms / Total Rooms in Property) x 100).
Occupied Rooms Non-Deducted. Occupied rooms associated with non-deduct reservations.
% Occupied Rooms Non-Deducted. ((Individual + Group Non-Deduct Rooms / Total Rooms in Property) x 100).
OOO Rooms. Out of Order rooms. Displayed when the Rooms Management>Out of Order application function is set to Y.
OOS Rooms. Out of Service rooms. Displayed when the Rooms Management>Out of Service application function is set to Y.
Block Rooms Deducted. Number of deduct rooms attached to a block.
Block Rooms Non-Deducted. Number of non-deduct rooms attached to a block.
Room Revenue Deducted. Total room revenue for Deduct rooms; includes deduct individual reservations only.
Average Room Deducted. Average room revenue for Deduct rooms: (Room Revenue Deducted / Number of Deduct Individual Rooms).
Extra Revenue. Total revenue for this date associated with transaction codes other than Lodging transaction codes.
