Upsell (resupsell with GEN1.FMX)
Note: When printing this Report help topic, we recommend printing with Portrait page orientation.
Available when the Reservations>Reservation Upsell application function is set to Y, this report displays any guests who paid additional monies to be upgraded to another room type. This information can be used to track the number of Upsells and Additional Room Revenue that Front Desk agents generated at check-in.
From Date. Manually enter, or select the calendar button, to choose the starting date for the results of the report.
To Date. Manually enter, or select the calendar button, to choose the ending date for the results of the report.
Arrival Dates. Filters on an Arrival Date range.
Upsell Dates. Filters on an Upsell Date range.
Group By. Group the report by User, From Room Type, To Room Type, or Rule Code.
Sort Order. Sort the report by Alphabetical or Arrival Date.
Preview. Select to preview the report in PDF format.
Print. Select to print the report.
File. Select to save the report as a file.
Close. Select to exit the specific report.
In the report output, the results will be broken into groups based on the user that completed the upsell.
Room. Room number assigned to the reservation for which the upsell occurred.
Name. Name of the guest attached to the reservation.
Upsell Rule Code. Upsell rule code used for the calculation of the reservation upsell amounts.
Arrival Date. Arrival date of the reservation.
Departure Date. Departure date for the reservation.
From Room Type. The "from" room type for the upsell rule. This is the original room type category.
To Room Type. The "to" room type for the upsell rule. This is the room type that the original room type will be upsold to.
Nts. Number of nights for the reservation.
Upsell Amount. Amount for the upsell.
Total Upsell Amount. Total upsell amount for the reservation. This is calculated by multiplying the Upsell Amount and the Nights columns.
