Scheduled Housekeeping Attendants
The Scheduled Housekeeping Attendants screen is displayed when selecting the Attendant ID drop down button when on the Task Sheet Details form and when selecting the Total Attendants ellipsis button while automatically creating the task sheets.
Attendant. Type in the Attendant to search for or leave the field blank to display all of the attendants.
Job Title. Type in the job title of the attendant to search for or leave the field blank to display all of the attendants.
Non-Scheduled. Select the check box to include the Non-Scheduled housekeeping attendants in the search results.
Scheduled. Displays the color associated to the housekeeping attendants that are scheduled.
Non-Scheduled. Displays the color associated to the housekeeping attendants that are non-scheduled.
X. Select this column to select or deselect an housekeeping attendant. An X will display in the column when an attendant has been selected.
Status Color. Displays the scheduled or non-scheduled color of the housekeeping attendant for reference.
Attendant. Attendant's name or number.
Job Title. Job title of the housekeeping attendant.
Search. Select to find the housekeeping attendants based on the search criteria that has been specified.
All. Selects all of the housekeeping attendants in the Search Results Grid.
None. De-selects any of the housekeeping attendants that have been selected in the Search Results Grid.
When you select the OK button you are returned to the Task Sheet Details or the Automatic Generation of Tasks screen, depending on how you accessed the Scheduled Housekeeping Attendants selection form.
