Update Status Code

Select Utilities>Update Status Code to perform these activities:

For reservation statuses and catering statuses, you may rename a status code (for example, rename PEN to INQ).

For catering statuses only, you may change a status code from Deduct to Non-Deduct, or from Non-Deduct to Deduct.

Users may not be logged into the system while this update is being performed. The Status Code Update screen allows you to set the number of minutes before any currently logged-in user's session will be automatically terminated.

A message may be entered to notify logged in users that the session will be terminated in X minutes. The update process begins as soon as this amount of time has elapsed.  The system prevents any users from logging in while the update is running.

When the utility has finished processing, users will once again be permitted to log in.
