Description. Defines the Method of Payment that will be available on Post It screen and must be used to settle the Post It transaction selected during Welcome Offer Alert process so that it will be posted to the PM room specified in the WELCOME OFFER PSEUDO ROOM setting.

Internal Name. WELCOME_OFFER_PAYMENT_METHOD

Property Determination. This is available when the FRONT DESK > WELCOME OFFER ALERT application parameter is active.

Activation / Inactivation Rules.

WELCOME OFFER PAYMENT METHOD is a mandatory application setting. After it has been set, the value can be changed but not deleted from the setting. When changing from one payment method to another, the previous payment method becomes available for billing settlement along with regular payment methods.

Available Values.

The values displayed are only those payment methods that are associated with Transaction Codes configured as ‘Others’. The Transaction Code used for this method of payment must be:

Set up with the Display Code value, which becomes the label for the method of payment button on the Post It screen.
Not selected in any other application settings.
