Connecting a Terminal Device to the SER MGT Port
Crossover adapters are no longer provided in the shipping kit. To connect the server's
SER MGT port to a terminal device, use an RJ-45 cable that is set up for a null modem
configuration, in which the transmit and receive signals cross over.
