Given a HandlingInstruction this droplet will return either the quantity or quantityWithFraction.

This droplet takes the following input parameters:

• handlingInstruction - The handling instruction.

This droplet renders the following oparams:

• output - always rendered.

This droplet sets the following output parameters:

• quantity - appropriate quantity depending if the item is fractional or not.
