PERFORM_ACTION_LATER

Previously, IdeAction.actionPerformed was performed after 2 invokeLaters. This was done to workaround JDK focus bugs that later got fixed in JDK 1.4. To workaround JDK.HAS_BUG_BROKEN_TYPE_AHEAD and to improve response times, the invokeLater is disabled by default. Default value: false
