CMConnectionsReader	Utility that reads a 10.1.3 legacy connection file (IDEConnections.xml) and obtaining the connection details.
ConnectionsInfo	Reader for both CM and CA based connections.xml files that inspects a URL ato discover whether there are any passwords contained in the file, and if there are whether a passphrase is required to decrypt them.
