getName

public java.lang.String getName()

Gets the name of the chosen offline databbase, or of the new of the offline database that will be created.

When a combo is shown this is the name of the chosen offline database, when a text field is shown this is the text value in that field.

getOfflineDBObjectProvider

public OfflineDBObjectProvider getOfflineDBObjectProvider()

Gets the chosen offline database. If the chosen offline database is yet to be created (i.e. the panel is showing a text field and create is allowed) then this will return null.

getProviderSettings

public ProviderSettings getProviderSettings()

Gets the settings for the chosen offline database. When an existing offline database is chosen (using a combo) this returns its settings. If an offline database is to be created (using a text field) this returns a new ProviderSettings object without creating a new offline database.

Returns:

the settings for the chosen (or new) offline database.
