Selection criteria: Query Volume by Month by Site

Use the report prompt page to select criteria and specify sort options for your report.

Action

Countries

To report on specific countries, select their names from the list. Then, click Update to update the Sites list.

Sites

To report on specific sites, select the names of the sites from the list.

Query status

To filter the report by query status, select one or more of the following options:

  • Open—Query status is Open.
  • Answered—Query status is Answered.
  • Closed—Query status is Closed.

If you leave all checkboxes blank, the report will include all these options.

Limited to Reissued

To filter the report to include data for queries in the Reissued Queries state, select this option. The results will be limited to reissued queries only.

Query type

To specify the type of queries to report on, select one of the following:

  • Auto—Automatic queries generated by the InForm application when a rule in the study design detects a discrepancy in the data that is entered.
  • Manual—Manual queries created by InForm users.

If you leave all checkboxes blank, the report will include both types of queries.

Date range

Choose one of these actions:

  • To specify the date range, enter the From and To dates, or use the calendar icons to select the dates.
  • To automatically select the earliest and latest possible dates, use the Earliest Date and Latest Date radio buttons.

The resulting report shows query volume for the specified date range.

Note: To include all available options in the report, leave the optional selection fields blank; that is, do not select any individual options from the drop-down lists. For the best performance, do not select any optional filters.

Sort options

Sort options are: None, Country, Site Mnemonic.

Use the Sort drop-down lists to change any of the default selections.
