Country | Data type: String Description: The country in which a site is located, as entered in the InForm Administration interface. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database. |
Site Mnemonic | Data type: String Description: An abbreviation that identifies a site, as entered in the InForm Administration interface. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database. |
Month, Year | Data type: String Description: Month, Year for each month in which there is query activity (queries opened, answered, or closed). How calculated: For each query, extracts month and year portion of the date the query was first opened, first answered, and last closed. |
Open | Data type: Numeric Description: The number of queries that were opened in a given month. How calculated: Counts queries that were opened in a given month, based on your selections in the Query Status, Query State, and Limit to Reissued prompts on the report prompt page. Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database. |
Answered | Data type: Numeric Description: The number of queries that were answered in a given month. How calculated: Counts queries that were answered in a given month, based on your selections in the Query Status, Query State, and Limit to Reissued prompts on the report prompt page. Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database. |
Closed | Data type: Numeric Description: For each site, the number of queries that were closed in a given month. How calculated: Counts queries that were closed in a given month, based on your selections in the Query Status, Query State, and Limit to Reissued prompts on the report prompt page. Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database. |
Total | Data type: Numeric Description: For each site and visit, the total number of open, answered, and closed queries in a given month. How calculated: The sum of the values in the Open, Ans'd, and Closed columns. Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database. |
