Use the report prompt page to select criteria and specify sort options for your report.

Selection criteria

Selection criteria | Action |

Countries | To report on specific countries, select their names from the list. Then, click Update to update the Sites list. |
Sites | If you updated the Sites list after selecting one or more countries and you want to report on specific sites, select the names of the sites from the list. |
Visits | To report on one or more visits, select the visits from the list. |
Note: To include all available options in the report, leave the optional selection fields blank; that is, do not select any individual options from the drop-down lists. For the best performance, do not select any optional filters.
Sort options
Sort options are: None, Country, Site Mnemonic, Visit Order, Started Forms Count, Completed Forms Count, Expected Forms Count, DOV to Form Started–Min, DOV to Form Started–Min, DOV to Form Completed–Max, DOV to Form Completed–Max, Form Completed to SDV Completed–Min, Form Completed to SDV Completed–Max, Form Completed to Form Locked–Min, Form Completed to Form Locked–Max.
Use the Sort drop-down lists to change any of the default selections.
