Maximum Ingress messages per second that a Diameter connection using this Capacity Configuration Set is allowed to process. The Maximum Ingress MPS must be equal to or greater than the Reserved Ingress MPS. Any difference between the Maximum Ingress MPS and the Reserved Ingress MPS represents MP server resources that are shared among connections that have Maximum Ingress MPS greater than Reserved Ingress MPS. |

The Ingress MPS Minor Alarm Threshold must be less than the Ingress MPS Major Alarm Threshold. |
