Insert a Blank Frame


After completing this topic, you will be able to insert a blank frame.


Steps:

  1. You can insert blank frames that you can modify in a graphic editor or in the Microsoft PowerPoint overlay.

  2. Insert a blank frame after the current frame.

     

    Click the Insert menu.

  3. Click the Blank Frame command.

  4. The blank frame includes a bubble. You can add text to the bubble to explain the contents of the frame. After reading the bubble text, users can click the continue link or press Enter to proceed to the next frame.

     

    Note: If you do not add text to the bubble, the frame appears without a bubble and without the instruction to press continue.
