Upload the Call-Home Matrix

Upload a custom Call‑Home matrix to update the list of events that trigger a Call‑Home event, or to update the logs that are collected for the event.

Prerequisites:
  • You must be logged in as a Support administrator to access a Call‑Home matrix.

  • You must obtain an updated Call‑Home matrix from Oracle Customer Support.

Important! A software update overwrites the Call‑Home matrix. You might either need to upload the custom matrix after a software update or to obtain a new matrix after the software update. Contact Oracle Customer Support for information about the impact that the new Call‑Home matrix might have on your system.
  1. Navigate to System > Global Settings > Networking.
  2. Select Actions > Upload Call‑Home Matrix.
  3. From the Upload Call‑Home Matrix dialog, click the browse button […] to proceed.
  4. Navigate to and select the Call‑Home matrix file that you received from Oracle Customer Support.
  5. Click Open.
  6. From the Upload Call‑Home Matrix dialog, click OK to upload the matrix file.
Verify your Call‑Home settings after uploading any custom matrix file.
