View the Details of a Controller

You can view the details of any Controller. For example, you might want to view the status of each field replaceable unit (FRU) and customer replaceable unit (CRU) to determine whether Guided Maintenance is needed to replace a component. You can also view the status of the I/O ports.

1. Navigate to System > Hardware > Controllers.
   Result:The Controllers overview page displays the status summary of each Controller, the chassis, the comment, the service type, the failover Controller , temperature, and a summary of the FRUs and CRUs.
2. Select a Controller.
3. Select Actions > View.
4. Verify that the information is what you expect.
   If you see a status other than Normal, view the details of that hardware component to diagnose and to resolve the issue. If you encounter an issue that you cannot resolve, contact Oracle Customer Support.
5. Click Close.
