Specifies a list of InfiniBand IP addresses. quorumdiskmgr
will discover targets on database servers with an InfiniBand IP
address in the list and log into the targets to create
devices.
zone-name
Specifies the zone’s name if the quorum disk will be created
inside a zone. This is an optional parameter.
