Oracle's Siebel Application Deployment Manager (ADM) provides mechanisms to help administrators migrate application customizations from a source environment to one or more target environments.

NOTE:  Siebel Innovation Pack 2014 is a continuation of the Siebel 8.1/8.2 release.

Removed or modified chapters and topics.

Siebel Management Server and Siebel Management Agent, the Siebel Management Framework components that were formerly used with Siebel Application Deployment Manager, are no longer provided or supported for the current release. The Siebel ADM deployment mechanisms and tasks associated with these mechanisms are no longer supported. This guide has been updated to remove the obsolete content.

Other existing mechanisms and ways of using Siebel Application Deployment Manager are still available and supported, as described in Options for Deploying Customizations Using Siebel ADM. For more information, see the statement of direction on My Oracle Support, 1640801.1 (Article ID).

What's New in Siebel Application Deployment Manager Guide, Version 8.1/8.2

No new features have been added to this guide for this release. This guide has been updated to reflect only product name changes.
