Canceling Long-Running Queries

Because of how your Siebel application is set up, you might be able to cancel queries that run for a long time. For more information about your setup, contact your Siebel administrator.

To cancel a long-running query  

1. Execute a query.

   If the query does not return records after a specified period of time, then a dialog box appears.

2. Click Cancel.

   A confirmation dialog box appears to confirm that the query canceled successfully.

3. Click OK.
