Deleting Multiple Calls in the Account Contacts Call Planning Screen


Sales representatives can use the Accounts Contacts Call Planning screen to delete multiple calls. A sales representative can quickly and easily update this information in a weekly view for multiple accounts.

To delete multiple calls

  1. Navigate to the Calendar screen, then the Accounts Contacts Call Planning screen.
  2. Press and hold the Ctrl key, and select the calls that you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
