What's New in Siebel Loyalty Administration Guide, Siebel Innovation Pack 2014

About Implementing Siebel Open UI Displaying Promotions in a Calendar Format	Modified topics. The Siebel Open UI user interface framework supports the Siebel Loyalty Gantt chart functionality.
Rounding the Decimal Values of Points	Modified topic. Added information describing how decimal values are rounded when a transaction qualifies for points from more than one promotion.
Importing Loyalty Promotions	Modified topic. When you import a promotion that updates an existing promotion, any updates to fields that are part of the user key cause the import process to fail.
Creating an Assign Voucher Action	Modified topic. Includes additional information on assigning more than one voucher to a user.
Example of Creating a Reward-Referrals Promotion	Modified topic. Minor technical changes were made to the topic.

Table 2 lists the changes described in this version of the documentation to support this release of the software. The new features described in Table 2 are available in Siebel CRM version 8.1.1.11, Siebel CRM version 8.2.2.4, and later.

About Implementing Siebel Open UI Using Promotion Designer	Modified topics. The Siebel Loyalty Promotion Designer functionality is supported with the Siebel Open UI user interface framework.
Defining Point Types	Modified topic. When calculating the expiry date of points, earned for accrual transactions that update promotion attributes, the start date can be either the processing date or the creation date of the last transaction for the member.
Importing and Exporting Loyalty Programs and Promotions	New topic. It describes how to import and export loyalty programs and promotions.
Working with Parent-Child Member Relationships	Modified topic. If a transaction that rolls up points from a child member to a parent member is canceled, then the transaction accruing points to the parent member is also canceled.
Real-Time Processing of Redemptions	New topic. The LOY Redemption Web service now includes a method, ProcessRealTimeRedemption, which reduces the time taken to process real-time redemption requests.
LOY EAI Import Promotion Workflow	New topic. It describes the workflow that supports the functionality to import promotions into a Siebel Loyalty program.
