Determining Benefits Eligibility on Siebel Public Sector eService


Both registered citizens who enter a user name and password to access the Siebel Public Sector eService Web site and anonymous citizens who do not register on the Web site can determine the benefits that might apply to them.

Before they apply for benefits, citizens can supply some preliminary information about themselves to determine the benefits that might apply to them. They can complete this screening task as many times as they like, and change the information that they supply to determine if their changes affect the benefits that apply to them. They cannot determine the specifics of their actual benefits until after they apply for those benefits.

To determine benefits eligibility

  1. On the home page of the Siebel Public Sector eService Web site, click the SCREENING FOR SERVICES link.

    If the link appears in a tile, you must click in the tile to select it before you click the link.

    A form in which you can supply preliminary information about yourself appears.

  2. Complete the appropriate fields in the form.

    You must enter a value in fields that have a star icon.

  3. Click Next.

    In the view that appears, the names of the benefit programs that might apply to you appear.

  4. Complete one of the followings steps:
    1. If you want to change the preliminary information that you have already supplied, click Previous and go to Step 2.
    2. If you do not want to retain the preliminary information that you already supplied, click Close.
