extends DiagnosticException

This class includes all the exceptions that are part of the customer API to the Harvester. Currently the only way to communicate with the harvester at runtime is through MBeans, so these are the exceptions which are exposed through the defined MBean behaviors. This class contains the Harvester exception base class, HarvesterException, which extends DiagnosticException. It then includes a number of derived exception classes which provide more specific characterizations of each problem.
