Approving/Rejecting Multiple Timesheets

You can approve or reject multiple timesheets at the same time from your My Work page or the Timesheet Listing page. If your Administrator has set the Timesheet Approval Settings to Approve at Timesheet Level, then the entire timesheet is approved or rejected, if set to Approve at Timesheet Line Level, then all open line items are approved or rejected. In addition, if you are a resource manager, you can approve project level line items only if you have the permission to do so.

To approve/reject multiple timesheets from your My Work page :

1. Click the My Work link from the Left Navigation bar, or select My Work from the Top Navigation bar.
2. Click to select the timesheets you want to approve/reject.
3. Click Approve or Reject.

To approve/reject multiple timesheets from the Timesheet Listing page :

1. Click the Timesheets link in the Left Navigation bar, or select Go To > Timesheets from the Top Navigation bar.
2. From the Saved Search: View pull-down menu, select the Pending my approval option.
3. Click to select the timesheets you want to approve/reject.
4. Click Approve or Reject.
